Returns Policy
You have 3 days to return an item from the day it is received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in its original packaging. Please note that you will need to provide receipt or proof of purchase to process your returns. P.S. Delivery charges for the returns will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once the item is received, it will be inspected to ensure that the item is still intact and in its original packaging. Once inspected, you will be notified of the receipt of the item as well as the approval status of your refund. If refund is approved, we will initiate a refund in form of either store credit (received within 24 hours) or credit card charge (in line with the bank’s policy).
