How do I setup my Reed Diffuser?
Depending on the bottle type, remove the clear plastic cover or seal (usually gold, silver, rose gold or black). Place the reeds inside the bottle and position diffuser bottle in a prime location (out of reach of children & airy environment to promote diffusion). For maximum effect of your diffuser, immerse your reeds into the liquid to soak a bit of the oil and then flip them to begin the release fragrance to your space. You’ll need to flip your reeds regularly (every 1-2 weeks) to keep the scent fresh and fragrant.
My Diffuser no longer works, how do I troubleshoot?
- This usually arises from the reeds becoming saturated and clogged which often reduces their ability to diffuse properly. To avoid this, we recommend replacing the reeds every time you use a new fragrance
- You might also want to look into where you position your diffuser, to get the best from your diffuser, place them in high traffic areas as the motion and circulation of air in your space helps with the diffusion and throw of the fragrance. Avoid placing it near your air conditioners or near a door that leads outside as the fragrance will get lost

Safety Information
Scented Candles & Wax Melts
Trim wick to 1/4″ before lighting. Keep candle free of any foreign materials including matches and wick trimmings. Only burn the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn the candle for more than four hours at a time. Container will be hot when candle is lit. Allow to cool before touching.
